What’s the best format to send artwork?
In a perfect world we would receive files that are Vectorized either in Adobe Illustrator or .PDF, with ALL TEXT OUTLINED and each color separated either into a different layer or using a Pantone Solid Matte color that we can separate onto films easier. But, we realize that’s not always practical, so send us what you have and we’ll go from there. If you want a quote, you can also attach your artwork on the CONTACT PAGE.
What if I only want twelve garments, but a mixture of colors and sizes?
No problem! Our minimum is twelve of one design, so as long as your artwork doesn’t change, you are free to mix and match colors/sizes/styles!
When will my order be done? How will I know?
Our turnaround time is 7-10 business days. If, for any reason, it will be done earlier or later, we will let you know when you place your order. There will also be an estimated date of completion on your invoice. We’ll contact you by phone or email to arrange a time for pickup.
I’ve got a rough idea of what I like, a tight deadline, and absolutely no time to deal with this shirt thing!!!!….?
Just call us. We’ll figure it out. With in house designers and thousands of garments under our belt, we’ve got this thing covered. Move onto your next deadline already.
Your catalogues have too many options. Can you just recomend something?
Sure. You are always welcome to contact us and give us a rough idea of what you’re looking for. If we have an idea of what you need the product for we could usually narrow things down quite a bit. Budget also comes into play. Why look at $13 shirts if you don’t want to spend more than $6. To make thinks a bit easier we’ve created a page of some of our FAVORITE shirts and promotional products.
Can I provide my own shirts?
Yes, BUT. We can most likely beat just about any price. We work with a vast array of suppliers and pass our big savings onto our customers. However, if you want to supply the garments we ask that you provided about 5% extra to account for any errors during production. When we order your shirts we always order extras in case there’s a misprint of some sort. If we don’t have any mistakes, you’ll receive the additional shirts back.
Is the ink gonna feel all bulky and plasticky?
Hopefully not! There’s a lot of inks on the market. The most common is Plastisol Based which is used by almost all screen printers because of it’s ease of use and ability to be cured quickly. We are consistently looking at new and innovative ways to print. We use a more Eco-Friendly Soy Based Ink that we have gotten pretty good at making soft! It has the same characteristics as traditional Plastisol, but it’s PVC Free. If you want a truly soft print you can go with water based ink, which is pretty much good on any light garment. Or, there’s discharge, which is a water based ink that works on dark garments. It takes the dye out of the shirt and brinks it to it’s natural color. Now we could also add pigments to that to print a vibrant color with virtually no feel. Keep in mind, white ink is the thickest color, so if you are printing white on black and need it vibrant (double coated) then you might want to consider going with Discharge White to avoid that rubbery feel.
I want to print from home but don’t have a Dark Room…Can you help?
Certainly! Email us your image and we will put it on a screen or multiple screens for you. We will also include registration marks and the transparencies. SCREEN BURNING: $60 per color INCLUDES 20 x 24 Screen; $35 per color if you provide screen up to 23 x 31
